Lunar Insight
One thing and only one thing (for now) that
astronomers, astrologers, geologists, sailors, poets,
weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists can
seem to agree upon, the Moon and Her amazing influences in nature
and on human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are ruled by the Moon,
which represents our emotions and feelings. With it, is the
receptivity of others’ emotions as well, the reason why intuition is
far more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women, we have the
power to capture Her magnificence and apply it into our daily life.
To begin with, we have a new moon, a time for starting new projects,
then two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to expect
fruition then release those that are no longer beneficial to the
project.
So, here we go…

Happy Full Moon in Gemini Everyone!
Well, only three more ‘wakeups’ and we’ll be through with Mercury being
in retrograde. Hopefully miscommunication will ease up somewhat. Yes,
December 13th is when Mercury shifts into forward motion-
just in time to make it easier to get all our Christmas shopping done.
But first, let’s find out what other celestial twists are occurring.
This Total Lunar Eclipse in Gemini can cause our attention to wander between
many issues that we feel are out of our control. Some people
will be able to handle the present cultural uncertainties, but |
others, whose beliefs are bound up within economic, political and
societal forces are not, their beliefs effectively clipping their wings,
reminding them to not stray too far outside of the said issues….
Additionally, a total eclipse of the Moon in Gemini can cause
shortsightedness in people resulting in a failure to see the big
picture. As a result, the whole communication system, educational
system, and our ways of deciphering information, are in serious need of
examination, and could require a course correction. Mercury, (in
retrograde) ruler of Gemini is in its detriment sign of Sagittarius
until January 8, 2012 which signifies the necessity to eliminate mind
games, calendar clutters, or any distractions which deplete our energy,
including people and activities that do not hold deep meaning.

traditional wisdom. Keynote: Contacting the all-human planetary Mind
underlying any cultural and personal mentality.”
My thoughts…
19 degrees Sagittarius + 19 degrees Gemini signifies an apparent abuse
and maltreatment of our culture that is endangering the future of the
next generations. In each and every one of us, deep in our
consciousness, lies a traditional wisdom, a ‘knowing’ how to save the
young and the future.
