Lunar Insight
One thing and only one thing (for now) that
astronomers, astrologers, geologists, sailors, poets,
weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists can
seem to agree upon, the Moon and Her amazing influences in nature
and on human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are ruled by the Moon,
which represents our emotions and feelings. With it, is the
receptivity of others’ emotions as well, the reason why intuition is
far more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women, we have the
power to capture Her magnificence and apply it into our daily life.
To begin with, we have a new moon, a time for starting new projects,
then two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to expect
fruition then release those that are no longer beneficial to the
project.
So, here we go…

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Leo

Happy Full Moon Everyone!
Today we have the first of four lunar eclipses this year. Normally,
there would only be two lunar eclipses in the year. Something is
shifting in the collective consciousness, in a severe way – so too does
this shift effect the Earth. Lunar Eclipses have been noted to bring out
natural disaster such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, droughts, etc. |
The Full
Moon in Leo/Lunar Eclipse is giving us a message that there are some
difficulties in getting our way nowadays. The feeling of being
neglected, ignored, or even mocked by others is the sense that is being
entertained by the many of us. Our emotional instincts react and become
a bit paranoid, defensive, arrogant, and confrontational... wrong move!
I’d say, bring some playfulness into your daily activities, or treat
yourself and your friends to a funny movie, and/or just be silly - if
you’re up to it.
There are
also good things we can do during this time of a rather shadowy mood
brought by the lunar eclipse. As for me, I finally decided to get these
few pounds off me, perhaps restart a de-toxing program and who knows, I
may even join a health club or go back my yoga exercise. Another idea is
to share your intellectual pursuits such as astrology, (smile) with
friends via the internet or just have fun with it.
