Lunar Insight
One thing and only one thing (for now) that
astronomers, astrologers, geologists, sailors, poets,
weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists can
seem to agree upon, the Moon and Her amazing influences in nature
and on human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are ruled by the Moon,
which represents our emotions and feelings. With it, is the
receptivity of others’ emotions as well, the reason why intuition is
far more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women, we have the
power to capture Her magnificence and apply it into our daily life.
To begin with, we have a new moon, a time for starting new projects,
then two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to expect
fruition then release those that are no longer beneficial to the
project.
So, here we go…

New Moon in Aries, 14°
April 3rd, 2011

Happy New Moon Everyone!
Many have been waiting for this New Moon in Aries. Everything is
wide open to start something fresh, to start a new life, a new hope.
Indeed it is time!! But preliminary planning is pertinent. We need a
solid plan. Anything done in a hurry will not bear the fruit you
desire.

Mars, the warrior planet moved into its home sign,
Aries, on April 1st, making a pact with
electric Uranus—it would be somewhat like firing off
lightning bolts. Impatience, aggression and anger can be
explosive now; I’d say, let’s not give in to any
provocation. Mercury in Aries, in its current reversal
movement seems like nobody is thinking orderly –too many
brilliant ideas but nothing is concrete. With Jupiter
providing optimism, along with Uranus’ resistance to
follow the norm, our thought process can come up with
some far out concepts. It may be ingenious, but to
execute those ideas will be questionable. Structured and
stabilizer planet, Saturn, opposes this New Moon in
Aries. It requires of us to compromise and cooperate on
all negotiations.
Having said all that, there’s only one more thing I want
to remind everyone. Pluto (in Capricorn) is going on
retrograde on April 8th indicating the need
for us to re-examine our resources. Another possibility
is finding hidden riches/treasure or talent we have
totally forgotten. This can be beneficial to our new
endeavors. So, good luck to us all.
On Sabian Symbols, by Dane Rudhyar… Astrological
Mandala
14 degrees Aries indicates “A Serpent coiling near a man
and a woman. Keynote: Identification in bipolar
relationship with the impersonal rhythm of natural
energy.”
My thoughts…
We find the strength of one’s individuality through our
relationship and its compromises.
Have a Blessed New Moon!
... and Keep sharing the Light!
