Ocean Fun! by Holly Ecclefield As the ocean swells crashed on the pier
I could hear the sound of thunder near.
An exciting feeling crossed my way
Like a child who can’t wait to play. I ran to see if I could catch a wave,
And run as fast to get out of the way.
From the waves crashing upon the shore,
Look out or it will get you I assure. So much fun I’m having running back and forth,
Playing with the ocean like a friend and foe.
The energy feels so playful and fun.
I do not want to leave this place and run. Lets’ stay a while and enjoy the sun! |
