2. Why are our prices much lower compared to other companies?
We purchase the oils in bulk quantities and package them by hand ourselves. By searching for the best bulk prices on the best quality oils and doing the packaging ourselves we are able to offer them for sale at a somewhat lower than average price.

3. Do we offer quantity discounts?
Buy 3 or more of an individual oil type and save 10% per bottle.
Buy 6 or more of an individual oil type and save 15% per bottle.

4. Are the oils available in sizes larger than 10 ml?
Yes, we can package up to and including 16 oz bottles of our Essential Oils. Please email shoppe@mysticalmind.com indicating what oils you are interested in quantities desired and we will provide pricing.

6. What are “Purpose” Oils?
Maiden’s Web Magickal Purpose Oils are for use in your ritual workings, for dressing candles or wearing on the body (care should be taken in using on the skin however, for some of the Essential Oils used are very aggressive). They are blended by us in accordance with Astrological Influences and the Phases of the Moon using blend formulas developed by John R. De Lorez. Although the formulas are our own, many have names that can be found in most good Magical Formularies and have a long history of use within our community. It is our belief that these Oils will assist the practitioner by enhancing their own energies and powers. We cannot predict their effectiveness for others or make any claims for their ability to bring about desired events, and can only state that we have found them to be of value to us in our own workings.

8. Can we ship oils outside the United States?
Yes, although we may have to contact the customer for an additional charge for shipping if it is too expensive. We ship by UPS inside the U.S. but must use the U.S. Postal Service for shipments outside the Continental U.S.

9. If you are having difficulty ordering through the website, what other ways can you order?
You can simply send us an email listing what oils you want, indicating quantities for each and your shipping information. We can send you an invoice by return email with a payment-processing button on the email for payment through PayPal. Note: You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use a credit card for paying through PayPal.
